This week's workout had been a bit more on the anaerobic side than usually, due to the uprising flu.. Whenever i feel a bit sick i tend to go to the gym rather than jogg, because i feel like it's a bit more 'easy' on the body. hopefully next week would be the first normal one in 3 weeks.. Fingers crossed!!
